Sweepstakes begins on September 1, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") ends on December 2, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"), and consists of three (3) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below.
Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
How to Enter:
From Facebook: During the Promotion Period, visit the Hyundai Facebook page at www.facebook.co
At an Event: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating football event (each, an "Event") and locate the Hyundai Activation space located outside of the football stadium. Follow the instructions to register for the Sweepstakes (including providing your first and last name, a valid email address and age confirmation) and obtain an RFID device. Complete the available actions at the Event, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, using your RFID device to record each action completed to gain one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (for any open Entry Period/s) per available action. Your completed actions must be recorded on your RFID device to be considered for entry into the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any defective RFID device. Event locations and dates subject to change without notice. Please see Sponsor's Facebook page at www.facebook.co
Limit: You may gain up to thirty-five (35) entries per method of entry during the Promotion Period for a combined total of seventy (70) entries gained during the Promotion Period. Any entry gained will be included in all open Entry Period drawings. Any entry gained after a specific Entry Period has closed will not be included in that Entry Period drawing.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. Sponsor will determine all features of automobile including but not limited to color of exterior and interior and any other customizations as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and all other features or upgrades will be allowed only if permitted by delivery dealer and paid for by winner. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of insurance at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for title, license, registration, dealer preparation costs, auto insurance and other taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use. Winner must take delivery of prize from the automobile dealership designated by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $30,000.
TWO (2) FIRST PRIZES (1 per First Prize Entry Period): A trip for four (4) to a football game (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Trip package includes:
- round trip, coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Columbia, SC (for the First Prize 1 Entry Period prize) or Madison, WI (for the First Prize 2 Entry Period prize);
- two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (two single rooms, each double occupancy);
- four (4) tickets to the football game of Sponsor's choice on October 27, 2012 (for the First Prize 1 Entry Period prize) or November 17, 2012 (for the First Prize 2 Entry Period prize); and
- $500 spending money.
Winner must travel on the dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to select travel times acceptable to winner. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. Travel must be round trip. Sponsor will determine airline and flight itinerary in its sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this
Sweepstakes, and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, airline fees, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winner. Unless child of winner, travel companions must be eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of departure or a sibling/friend of winner with the appropriate parental permissions and releases and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, travel companion must be winner's parent/legal guardian. Each travel companion must execute liability/publicity releases prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will
be substituted for round trip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Sponsor is not responsible if game is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor's sole discretion. ARV of each first prize: $5,250. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.
Total ARV of all prizes: $40,500.
