Here's a new product worth sharing. Costco just started carrying their own brand of Ensure in a 32ct box for $19.99. The item number is 604352. This is cheapest pre-made meal replacement/supplement shake around at $.62/piece. They only come in vanilla, but have all the vitamins and minerals found in standard Ensure with 25% less sugar. I picked up a case yesterday and was surprised with the flavor - it's quite good. Here's a page with the nutritional info if it interests you:

Are these just packets and not ready to drink shakes? If so not such a great deal...

As I listed in original post, these are pre-made aka ready to drink. The lowest price alternatives are around $1-$1.25/piece depending on sales.

OP, did u compare both, line by line? I looked at it and thought it did not have all vitamins and minerals that ensure had. So picked up ensure 2 days ago.

It still has a lot of sugar. Costco has another product that is more expensive but has significantly less sugar if that matters to you.

Seems like a good deal worth checkin out. Given it's new, I'm wondering if they will ever sample it out in the store.

Ok, I did an ingredient-to-ingredient comparison for the sake of information as it doesn't seem to be out there. This stuff is not missing anything compared to Ensure (you might've accidentally tried to compare it to Ensure Plus). In fact, it contains more vitamins and minerals while having 10g fewer carbs (6g less sugar) and has 3g of fiber (Ensure has none). Here's the breakdown of gains/losses of the Kirkland shakes vs Ensure:

-10g Carbohydrates, +3g dietary fiber, -6g sugar, +15% vitamin d, +25% copper (Ensure has 0%), +8% cholride

Hope this helps people make their decision.
