Rules: "HUNT TO WIN" SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL
NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES (AND
DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA) WHO, AS OF TIME OF ENTRY, ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN
(18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. VOID IN CANADA, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN
ISLANDS AND WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. LIMIT ONE
(1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY. The Sweepstakes begins on
September 10, 2012, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (CT) and ends on 11:59:59 p.m. CT on
December 31, 2012 (the "Promotion Period").
1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.huntbrotherspizza.com/hunttowin or
www.huntbrotherspizza.com and click the "Enter Here" button on the home page, and then
follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Sweepstakes ("Official Entry Form"). You must
complete the official entry form in full to be entered. By successfully transmitting a completed
Official Entry Form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry into the random Sweepstakes
prize drawing ("Registration Entry"). A weekly random drawing will be held to select fifteen
(15) potential Fourth and Fifth prizewinners. Your entry will be entered into the week's drawing
during which it was submitted, specifically, weeks of September 17, 24; October 1, 8, 15, 22, 29;
November 5, 12, 19, 26; December 3, 10, 17, 24, and 31, 2012. Non-winning entries will be
rolled-over into subsequent week's drawings, until the end of the promotion period. Drawings
will be held every Monday at 12 p.m. Each weekly entry period ends at 11:59PM CT on Sunday.
For purposes of these rules, you are the "Entrant." Limit one Registration Entry per person per
email address per day throughout the Promotion Period. Incomplete entries or entries that subvert
the entry process will be voided.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The "Hunt To Win" Sweepstakes or ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal
residents of the fifty (50) United States (and District of Columbia) who at the time of entry are at
least eighteen (18) years of age. Sweepstakes is void in Canada, Puerto Rico, U.S.Virgin Islands
and wherever prohibited by law. Employees, directors, officers, agents, franchise owners, dealers
or representatives of ("Sponsor"); Hunt Brothers Pizza; Creative Marketing Communications,
Inc. ("Administrator"); and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates and agents,
successors and assigns, and advertising/ promotion agencies (collectively, "Released Parties"),
and immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win. "Immediate family members"
shall mean parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings or spouses,
regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same residence, at least three months per
year, whether related or not. Participation in Sweepstakes constitutes entrant's full and
unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and each entrant gives their express permission
to be contacted by the Administrator by telephone and/or email for Sweepstakes purposes only.
Winning a Weekly or Grand through Third Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements
set forth herein.

3. RANDOM SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING: A weekly random drawing will be held every
Monday, as described above in Rule 1 from among all eligible entries received at of the end of
that week's entry period. Drawings will be conducted under the supervision of the Administrator,
an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related
to this Sweepstakes. Potential Weekly prizewinner will automatically receive their hat or t-shirt
prize by mail within 2 weeks of drawing date and will not be notified further. Grand through
Third prize potential winners will be drawn one time only at the promotion conclusion on or
about January 4, 2013 from among all eligible entries received, and notified by telephone and/or
email (at the Administrator's sole discretion). Each potential winner will have 14 days to respond
from the first date of their contact by Administrator during which time potential prizewinner
must execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release form (except
where prohibited) to Administrator. Potential winner must have forms notarized and must
provide a valid Social Security number. If the potential winner cannot be contacted; declines the
prize; is not eligible to accept the prize; fails to sign, complete and return the Affidavit of
Eligibility and Liability/ Publicity Release (if applicable) within the required time; or if prize
notice is returned as non-deliverable, potential winner will forfeit the prize and an alternate
potential winner may be selected, at Administrator's sole discretion. No one can be deemed a
prizewinner unless the Administrator declares them as such.

another prize or prize portion of greater or equal value. Sponsor is not responsible for winners'
limitations that prevent acceptance or use of prize. Entrants may win a weekly prize and still
be eligible to win a Grand through Third place prize.
5. LIMITATIONS AND LIABILITY: By accepting a Sweepstakes prize, winner agrees to
release and hold harmless Released Parties and Facebook from and against any claim or cause of
action, including but not limited to personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property,
arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. Sponsor
is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, mutilated, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries. In
the event of a dispute as to identity of winner, winner will be deemed to be the name appearing
on the Official Entry Form. The Released Parties are not responsible for any incorrect or
inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment
or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; technical failures of any kind,
including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or
network hardware or software; unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process
or the Sweepstakes; technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the
Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the
stated number of entries by using multiple email addresses, identities, or logins, or any other
methods, will void that entrant's entries and that entrant will be disqualified. Use of any
automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. No more than the
stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, programming, or any other
reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be
available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes
herein by a random drawing of all prize claimants. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN
ENTRANT TO ACT IN VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY ONLINE SERVICE OR WEBSITE, DEFRAUD THE SPONSOR, OR
UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES
IN ANY WAY MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD
SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT
AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES)
AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. ALLOW 4–6 WEEKS FOR DELIVERY OF GRAND THROUGH
THIRD PRIZE FROM THE DATE THE SWEEPSTAKES ENDS. In the event prize
delivery is delayed for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, winner will receive a letter advising of
such a delay and estimated delivery date.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, cancel, and/or modify the
Sweepstakes or any part of it if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's
reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined
by Administrator in its sole discretion. In the event Sweepstakes is terminated, Sponsor will

award prizes on a random basis from among the eligible entries received up to the time of
termination. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a
waiver of that provision. Neither Sponsor, Released Parties, nor Administrator make any
warranties and hereby disclaim any and all warranties expressed or implied, in fact or in law,
whether now or hereafter enacted concerning any prize, including without limitation, implied
warranties of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, except as may be
separately provided to participants by law or in writing by Sponsor.
8. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that (i) any and all disputes,
claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize
awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and by the
United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee or the Tennessee state court
located in Davidson County, TN, and by participating, entrant expressly consents to the personal
jurisdiction of such courts and waives any right of change of venue or like right; (ii) any and all
claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including
costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iii) under
no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all
rights to claim punitive, incidental, and consequential damages and any other damages, other
than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or
otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR
EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO
THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
9. WINNERS LIST: For names of winners, available after January 31, 2013, send a handprinted,
self-addressed, stamped #10-size envelope to: Hunt Brothers Pizza "Hunt To Win"
Sweepstakes Winners, c/o Creative Marketing Communications, Inc., 980 North Michigan
Avenue, Suite 1400, Chicago, IL 60611. Requests for winners list must be received by January 3,
2013.
