Rules: Goof Off Facebook Terms of Use

The Facebook pages and applications created or administered by W.M. Barr & Company, Inc. ("Barr") , the owners of the Goof Off® brand, are for our fans to actively engage with Barr and each other. We welcome your views, comments and other communications, pictures or videos ("User Content") as long as the User Content submitted by you complies with these Terms of Use and Facebook's Statement of Rights and Responsibilities.

You agree that:
•Barr does not represent that the information on Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Barr are accurate, complete, reliable, useful, timely or current.
•You read all User Content at your own risk. Do not rely on the information or advice in any of these postings.
•Any User Content submitted by you on Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Barr will be accurate, will not violate any applicable law, regulation, will not violate any right of a third party, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights, and will not cause injury to any person or entity.

For any User Content that you submit, you grant Barr a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable right and license to use, copy, modify, delete, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, sell and distribute such content and to incorporate such content into any form, medium or technology throughout the world, all without compensation to you. For this reason, do not post any User Content that you do not wish to license to Barr, including any confidential information or any original creative materials such as stories, product ideas, computer code or original artwork. In addition, you grant Barr the right to include the name provided along with the User Content submitted by you.

Barr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Your use of Facebook pages and applications created or administered by Barr following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms.
