Sweepstakes begins on September 27, 2012 and ends on October 31, 2012.
Open to all legal residents of the United States, District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are 18 years of age or older.
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:
(a) Online Method of Entry: Visit the web-site www.valvoline4l
Only one on-line entry accepted per person, per day throughout the Promotional Period is permitted.
(b) Mail-In Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit a participating Advance Auto Parts store and locate the display with the tear pads. Complete and fill out the tear pad form and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to "Free Oil For Life Sweepstakes, c/o Eprize, LLC, P.O. Box 5854, Department 571794, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5854. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit: One (1) entry per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten and must be postmarked by October 31, 2012 and received by November 7, 2012.
GRAND PRIZE: Five (5) Grand Prizes consisting of free oil for the life of your current vehicle, awarded as $2,500 in the form of Advance Auto Parts Gift Cards. Approximate Retail Value is $2,500 each.
For the purposes of this Grand Prize, oil for the life of your current vehicle is calculated as the average oil changes per year as four (4) x the average length of time a consumer keeps a new car (Source: 5.05 years, Polk, March 2010), plus five additional years over the average x highest value of Valvoline oil and oil filter, including possible price increases. Any difference between the actual price and the approximate retail value of the Grand Prize will not be awarded to winner. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash, although a cash option may be offered at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the prize is unavailable, a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
The approximate retail value of all prizes is $12,500.
