open to legal residents of the 50 United States & D.C., and residents of Canada, who are at least thirteen (13) years of age at the time of entry
Timing: Sweepstakes starts at 12:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on Friday, September 28, 2012 and ends 11:59 am (Noon) ET approximately seven (7) days prior to each concert date, see drawing schedule in Rule #4 below , (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The clock maintained by Facebook in connection with the operation of the Sweepstakes at the Sweepstakes website (the "Website") will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. LIMIT: One (1) registration per person over the Sweepstakes Period and one (1) entry per calendar day excluding BONUS entries. Earn one (1) Bonus Entry for each friend you refer by using the share link, that enters the Sweepstakes. The same friend cannot be referred more than once by any one person and all friends referred must be referred at the time of registering for the Sweepstakes. Multiple registrations by the same person will result in disqualification for any prize awards. LIMIT: One (1) prize per person or dwelling over the Sweepstakes period.
PRIZE: ONLY THE PRIZES LISTED BELOW WILL BE AWARDED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES. Odds of winning any prize, determined by the number of valid entries in each drawing period divided by the number of prizes being offered.
Grand Prizes: Each winner (or his or her parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will receive one (1) pair (two tickets) to the Justin Bieber BELEIVE Tour Concert (winner's selected tour venue and date upon registering) plus two (2) passes for a meet and greet with photo opportunity with Justin Bieber (pending availability). Terms and conditions of the concert tickets apply. Seat location will be determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Please note: Concert Tickets will be express shipped to each winner and the Meet & Greet passes must be picked up by each winner at the "will call" area prior to the start of the concert. Proper identification required. NO TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED. Approximate retail value will vary by venue.
