Sweepstakes begins September 17, 2012 at 12:01 a.m. EST, and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 30, 2012.
Open to permanent, legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Not valid in Rhode Island.
You may enter the Sweepstakes by enrolling in the My BRIO Loyalty Program ("MBLP") during the Sweepstakes Period or by registering online or by mail during the Sweepstakes Period.
To Enter by Enrolling in the MBLP: You will automatically be entered in the Sweepstakes by enrolling in the MBLP during the Sweepstakes Period. To enroll in the MBLP, obtain an MBLP Card at a participating BRIO Tuscan Grille restaurant. To complete the enrollment process, you must register your MBLP Card online at www.MyBrioRewar
Step 1: Pick up a card at a participating BRIO;
Step 2: Visit www.MyBrioRewar
Step 3: Enter your MBLP Card number;
Step 4: Enter REG CODE from back of card;
Step 5: Enter your name, postal address, email address, and telephone number, etc., and answer a few questions;
Step 6: Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
You can also enroll online at www.MyBrioRewar
Limit one membership per person and per email address.

Limit one (1) entry per person, household address and/or unique email address during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method(s) of entry.
Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded, one (1) each month of the Sweepstakes Period. Each Grand Prize winner will receive four (4) BRIO Gift Cards in the amount of $400 each, totaling $1600.00. The Gift Cards will be distributed one every ninety (90) days for one (1) year. Gift Cards are subject to the terms and conditions stated thereon. Restrictions may apply.
