The Promotion gives entrants the chance to submit an entry on behalf of themselves and nominate an eligible student, teacher or school (each, a "Nominee") to receive a prize,
The Promotion consists of up to nine (9) independent daily sweepstakes
Only legal U.S. residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry are eligible to enter the Promotion. In addition, each Nominee must meet one of the following criteria in order to be eligible to win a prize: (i) a student who is a legal resident of the continental U.S. who is currently enrolled in a school located in the continental U.S.; (ii) a teacher who is a legal resident of the continental U.S. who is currently employed at a school in the continental U.S; or (iii) a school located in the continental U.S.
Limit one (1) entry per person per Daily Sweepstakes and up to nine (9) entries per person for the Grand Prize Drawing.
PRIZES/ODDS:
Daily Prizes. One (1) Daily Prize is available during each Daily Sweepstakes (for a total of up to nine (9) Daily Prizes). Each Daily Prize consists of one (1) Dell Laptop. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Daily Prize is $699. Sponsor will award each Daily Prize to the Nominee listed in the winning entry.
Grand Prize. One (1) Grand Prize is available in the Grand Prize Drawing. The Grand Prize consists of one (1) Dell Laptop for the entrant and one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500) for the entrant, plus one (1) Dell Laptop for the Nominee. The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2898.
