Limit: Each entrant may submit one (1) entry into the Contest during the Submission Phase.
Contest:
I. Judging Phase: During the Judging Phase, qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the top twenty (20) Photos (each a "Finalist") based on the following criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
Creativity/Originality (40%)
Quality of Submission (30%); and
Fit with Contest Theme (30%)
Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 1 will be invited to vote for their favorite Finalist. Viewing photos may require you to download and install the latest Flash plug-in. Limit: Each entrant may vote one (1) time per day during the Voting Phase. The three (3) Finalist that receives the highest number of votes during the Voting Phase will be the potential Contest Grand Prize winners.
Prizes:
a) Contest: THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: A Spa weekend at Rosewood Resort in San Martin, CA. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Jose, CA or San Francisco, CA; three (3) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; Rosewood Escape Package; wine tasting for two (2) at Clos La Chance winery; daily breakfast; $600 spending money to be used toward meals; "Sense Signature Ritual" spa package for two (2). Winner must complete the trip within one (1) year from the award date or prize will be forfeited. Trip must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to departure.
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $4,000
Sweepstakes: SEVENTY (70) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (five (5) winners per day during the Submission Phase): Olay Prize Package (includes a variety of Olay products determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $50.
TOTAL ARV FOR ALL PRIZES: $15,500. Limit: One (1) Contest Prize and one (1) Sweepstakes prize per person.
