Sponsor Judging Phase: During the Sponsor Judging Phase , a panel of qualified judges designated by Sponsor, including members of the Adobe Photoshop Elements Team (the "Judges") will, in their sole discretion, evaluate and score all eligible Entries received, and (on or about November 2, 2012) select the eleven (11) highest-ranked Finalist Entries to advance to the Community Judging Phase, based on each Entry's cumulative score using the below weighted criteria ("Judging Criteria"):
33% Originality
33% Creativity
34% Overall Quality
Community Judging Phase: During the Community Judging Phase beginning at 12:00 a.m. PST on November 5, 2012, and ending 11:59 p.m. PST on November 9, 2012, Site users ("Voters") will be invited to cast their vote for the Finalist Entry or Entries they feel is objectively the most original, creative and imaginative ("Vote" or "Votes"). Completed Votes must be entered electronically during the Community Judging Phase and received by 11:59 p.m. on 11/09/2012.
Limits on Voting: Only one (1) Vote per person/email address or user account per day will be accepted during the Community Voting Phase. Once a day's Vote is cast,
Prizes: Subject to verification of potential winners' eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, four (4) Weekly Sweepstakes prizes and one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded in this Promotion. Aggregate ARV of all prizes: $5,599.95 USD.
