Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00:00 am Pacific Time ("PT") on October 3, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PT on March 31, 2013.
Open only to legal residents of the 50 U.S., and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older).

Limit of one Sweepstakes entry per person/user account per Sweepstakes Period during the Promotion Period. Sweepstakes Entries from one Sweepstakes Period will NOT be retained for later Sweepstakes Periods. Violation of this entry limit may result in disqualification.
There will be six (6) separate and distinct Sweepstakes Periods during the Promotion Period.
GRAND PRIZE (6 winners, 1 per Sweepstakes Period): Each Grand Prize winner will receive $100 in Kohl's Gift Cards for you and up to three (3) $100 Kohl's Gift Cards for three (3) of your friends, Grand Prize will be awarded in increments corresponding to actual number of friends; and, if Grand Prize winner has fewer than three (3) friends, winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith.
Kohl's Gift Cards can be used in store and online. Kohl's Gift Cards have no service fees and no expiration dates. Terms and conditions apply.
