GameFly® 10th Anniversary Sweepstake ~ 10/31/12 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes starts on October 1, 2012 at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on October 31, 2012, at 11:59:59 P.M. ET.

Offered only to legal residents of the 50 U.S. States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age as of the time of entry.

Each eligible entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Daily Entry Period when the entry is received and the Grand Prize and First Prize Drawing by successfully registering.

ADDITIONAL ENTRIES: By following the on-line instructions to "Refer-A-Friend" using the share link on Facebook, each entrant may refer up to one (1) friend per day during the Sweepstakes Period. If the entrant's referred friend registers for the Sweepstakes, the entrant will receive one (1) additional entry into the Daily Entry Period and an additional entry for the Grand Prize and First Prize Drawing on the date that the entrant's referred friend registers for the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per day by entering and one (1) entry per day by referring friends.

DAILY PRIZE (310): Each Daily Prize Winner will receive one NBA 2k13 Video Game for the Xbox 360® gaming console. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Daily Prize is $59.95.
ARV of all Daily Prizes is $18,584.50. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per household. A Daily Prize Winner may also win a First Prize or a Grand Prize.

FIRST PRIZE (4): Each First Prize Winner will receive a GameFly Gift Pack consisting of a one year subscription to GameFly and an assorted GameFly swag. In order to utilize the GameFly membership, the winner must provide his/her valid major credit card information and valid shipping address to GameFly. GameFly will not charge any amounts to a winner's credit card provided winner complies with the terms of his/her free GameFly membership. Any activity inconsistent with the terms of this First Prize by a winner will result in a charge to the winner's credit card. Each First Prize Winner should review Sponsor's terms and conditions of membership and rentals as stated at www.gamefly.com. ARV of each First Prize is $184.
ARV of all First Prizes in the Sweepstakes is $736. Limit one (1) First Prize per person or household. A First Prize Winner may also win a Daily Prize or the Grand Prize.

GRAND PRIZE (1): The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two people – the Grand Prize Winner and one guest – for three days/two nights to Los Angeles, California. Trip includes:
-round-trip economy class airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companion from a major metropolitan airport nearest Grand Prize Winner's primary residence to and from Los Angeles;
- two nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by the Sponsor in the Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion;
- $200 for ground transportation in Los Angeles awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner;
- the opportunity to meet Blake Griffin;
- tickets to attend a profession basketball game; and
- $100 per diem ($300 total).
- Grand Prize Winner will also receive a Microsoft Xbox360® gaming console.
ARV of Grand Prize is $3,300.
