i'm so busy trying to keep my job that i hardly eat, i rarely sleep more than a few hours at a time...the last few weeks have seriously been pure hell for me.....this is when i need you vvilesians the most!!!!!!! Hug2

Haven't told her I want (need) to back off... yet... honestly I'm scared if I do that she'll cut me off/out completely. Like, the only reason I answer her texts is because if I don't... she might stop texting! laugh out loud I did make several "resolutions" about how fast I'd answer or how often I'd drop everything to go running when she called. And yeah, I've broken them all.

She has 5 years on Friday & asked me to go to dinner with her. Originally it was going to be a group but she cut it back to just me. If she sticks to that plan - and it's several days off so she'll probably change her mind half a dozen times between now & then - I may start the withdrawal after that. Oh, she's getting something out of it all right! She gets a boyfriend she doesn't have to fark, or give anything to emotionally. She gets a guy who will go far out of his way to grant her exactly as much attention as she asks for - and she can turn that attention on or off like a light switch.

I'm being unkind in my descriptions. I'm sure she'd paint a different picture and the truth is probably different for her. Still & all "the heart wants what the heart wants" or else I just can't tell infatuation/lust from true attraction since I have no recent experience in this arena.

Either way I'm getting something out of it too, and that's what I need to focus on. What's the get for me? I need to examine that or I'll probably do this again with the next pretty girl who talks to me longer than she has to for business or to get directions! laugh out loud
