I have no idea. I'm still trying to get it so that i can make the temperature stable. I will probably smoke it four or five hours and then put it in a cash iron dutch over to slowly roast it. At that point I'll add a pint of my home made marinara from my garden and add spices to make it a tomato based bbq. I'll add vinegar for flavor and pick up some tortillas or make them from scratch. I just have to fit that in with pulling it off of the smoker, going for 2 hours at egg man's, and then mass. The first half of the day will be easy. It's trying to coordinate the afternoon that will be tough....what with getting the chewlings fed and the food cooked at all.

DS1 knows soul man. He doesn't like it.

I want to be in the sequel! Woot
