***I am taking a probiotic.
Any green smoothie is a detox. First, stick to organic and local as much as possible. I make a bunch of organic tea and cool to use as a liquid base. You get more health benefits and its yummier than water. I stuff whatever dark leafy greens I have in my vitamix- or be creative and use herbs- parsley and cilantro are great- then whatever fruit I have - an apple- peach- strawberries- raw honey to sweeten- then whatever superfoods or supplements I want to add- maca for energy- probiotics like you said you take- goji berries (soaked and use the soak water too!) - if I have carrots, celery, cukes, I toss in them too. And
I'm going to have a parsley banana coconut water for dinner
And just because it looks green doesn't mean it tastes weird- these smoothies can taste like heaven!!!
I think I'll stick with the probiotioc.
What about a good body flush? Just to get rid of medication remnants? Extra water intake?
They're already there anyway. You touch, lick, swallow and inhale pathogenic microorganisms hundreds of times a day.
Fecal transplant would be the quickest way to help reestablish your resident flora.
