Funny you say that. When I make salad....usually Greek, I make my own dressing. I squeeze fresh lemon juice right on it, then add olive oil, salt and pepper. Usually I use grape or plum tomatos, seedless cukes with the skin, green peppers, sweet vidalia onion, avacado, and feta cheese.

I do love Hidden Valley ranch too.....I use that more on a salad with lettuce.
