Actually yes in a way, now a days dairy products are more common for Asians, but in the past (I am speaking of Asian as a whole here), we did not have dairy products, uncommon really, which is where the lactose intolerance population mainly comes from, most of the lactose intolerant people are made up of ones from Asian countries.

Also, I do eat cheese, the slices for bread, I always buy the fat free or 2% bc it has less calories, but does not taste as great. I find it hard to eat cheese just buy itself, I have to have it with something.

Good morning VViles thread. I actually got a good night's sleep last night, and the cold has pretty much left my sinuses. Now it's working on my throat, which is much easier to deal with.
