I like just eating them fresh, we have a tree in the backyard, with ours, one will net you a good bottle, bc they are so large. Just seed wise, every time I open and pick out all of the seeds, I would get at least an 8oz bowl. On top of that, they are the sweetest I have ever eaten to, better than grocery and ones from Costco and such places...
