In WI you can only smoke in a business that only sell tobacco like cigar shops or if a bar has a room that is 3/4 windows (or something like that).

I have. Once. A long time ago. Waste of money. I gambled a bit in Vegas when I was there for work every other month. Got it out of my system pretty fast.
