Pre-op or post-op? If they're still legally male, they might have a case.
A lady that had breast cancer and got a double mastectomy was still required to wear a bathing suit top at the pool, but she managed to get an exception made.

sometimes I go into other forums to stalk, err hang out with DNC and I saw it in some helper forum about nerd stuff. There was a thread about the new mobile site. look around
