Wiles woman, Chewy, and TeenB - I went to a greenhouse today and bought local honey. They sell all kinds of cool stuff. I usually get most of my flowers there in the spring.
So....any ideas on how much to eat? I can eat it off a spoon because it's :Licklips but any ideas on what to put it in or on.....that is wheat free of course Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) One of the things that showed up on my allergy panel that was "high" was ragweed. Would this be in the honey? I'm sorry, I just don't understand exactly how this is different from those awesome honey bears that you can just stand there and drip in your mouth.Big Grin I asked DH what I should do with it (that was my bad) Roll Eyes (Sarcastic) SO, I'm asking you guys instead. Thanks

According tothis [hayfeversolutions.com] it says eat two tablespoons a day. The honey might contain ragweed so that should help desensitize you to it.

IIRC, it has to do with the bees and local allergens or something of that sort.

You can put it in smoothies to make it sweeter.
