well her name sounds like my name (they both begin with J) and i have often thought someone was addressing me, when they were in fact addressing her. someone just told her they liked that color red she was wearing today. i said "thank you, thank you! you know it's my color!" i thought they said my name. i'm wearing red. they said her name. she's wearing red. they complimented her, and i stole her compliment. half the office started laughing out loud, then i realized i had just mistaken her name for mine. again. in the most mortifying of ways.
