Also you need to use them fairly quickly...if they've been open for a long time, moisture in the air gets to them and they don't pop as well...

With back pain it's usually better to keep moving and doing stuff...just do it a whole lot slower!

If you can, go to a pool and swim a few laps, that should really help.
