Zumba class.
Don't be lured in by the hot instructor, the one Latina with a great ass wearing yoga pants, or the fit black chick with killer cans.
You will NOT enjoy yourself.
Men do not have the natural rhythm or ability to gyrate to fast salsa music. You will feel like a fish out of water flopping around for an hour and you will only stay because the immensely overweight Mexican woman behind you keeps snickering when you fall out of pace or need to stop to watch the dance steps.
The view of the instructor's delectable ass isn't worth it.
It's not hard cardio. I did my normal workout + squats and presses before I went in b/c I had half an hour to kill after I decided to try the class. But I just can't dance.
