I'm really sorry they're treating you this way. You don't deserve it and I'll bet if they ever get out of their heads long enough to see how they're making you feel, they'll regret what they're doing.
Just imagine what it's like to live in those heads every day though. And then be grateful!

Getting away from them is hard because I don't have a key to their place. Apparently I'm here to babysit and going out with my friends on Saturday is a big hardship for them. I'm trying to find a raincoat at the mail and don't want to spend $60 on something ugly.

Sooo I ordered a pretty pricy gift for the child from Santa it got shipped here today. Kid snuck opened it in the car after we left the post office. But that's ok. I'm apparently a bitch for being disappointed and reminding the child (in an amazingly even toned manner) that she shouldn't be opening boxes in the car and a surprise was now spoiled, and she's going to have to wait for Christmas for the item.
And who's the bad guy for wanting Saturday out with friends instead of going to see some band at a kava bar with her and the kid so I can watch the kid? Me again!!! Who got accused of lying when I said this band didn't interest me and I'd prefer to do something with people I have things in common with, who were gracious enough to include me in their plans (and ask for nothing in return but my companionship)? Me!! Who
