open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 13 years of age as of the date of entry. Persons residing outside the United States may participate if they are 18 years of age or older

How to Enter the Promotion and the Contest:

To enter the Sweepstakes and/or the Contest, visit www.TaylorSwiftRED.com during the Promotion Period and follow the online registration instructions.

You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes by registering and you will be eligible to compete in the Contest. You can earn Contest points in the following ways:

i) Connect with Taylor Swift and/or Big Machine on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. 200 points for each connect. Maximum 600.

ii) Follow Taylor Swift and Big Machine on Twitter or "like" them on Facebook. If you already follow or like them, you will be awarded points retroactively. 50 points for each follow or "like". Maximum 200 points.

iii) Share the Promotion with friends on the Promotion Facebook application. 100 points per share. Unlimited points can be earned.

iv) Message friends via email, Facebook and/or Twitter with the unique URL embedded in your email, Facebook and/or Twitter message and receive 200 points each time a friend clicks through and registers for the Promotion. Unlimited points can be earned.

v) Find, capture and share RED retail displays found at participating retailers. Each photo share must have a retail specific hashtag (#REDretailerName, e.g. #REDTarget). 100 points for each retailer hashtag. Limit 6 photo shares per day (each one must reflect a different retailer). Maximum 600 points per day and a maximum of 8,400 points during the Promotion Period. If submitting entry via Twitter/Facebook/Instagram: Post must be created in full compliance with the Rules and the Terms of Service. If photo includes any inappropriate or obscene content that disparages any person or group or otherwise reflects unfavorably on Taylor Swift or the Sponsor, in the Sponsor's sole discretion entrant submitting same will be disqualified

vi) Find, capture and share photos of you with a RED CD cover at a local landmark (location) in your hometown. Each photo share must have a specific hashtag #REDHometown). User can then also hashtag their hometown name but it is not required (e.g. #NewYork) 600 points for each Hometown hashtag. Limit 1 photo share per day. RED album cover is available online at at https://s3.amazonaws.com/red-micr...ER_Red.jpg. Maximum 600 points per day and a maximum of 8,400 points during the Promotion Period. If submitting entry via Twitter/Facebook/Instagram: Post must be created in full compliance with the Rules and the Terms of Service. If photo includes any inappropriate or obscene content that disparages any person or group or otherwise reflects unfavorably on Taylor Swift or the Sponsor, in the Sponsor's sole discretion entrant submitting same will be disqualified.

vii) Find Taylor Swift page on iTunes and receive 100 per visit. One visit per day. Maximum 1400 points.

viii) Read select online articles and receive 50 points for each article read. Share articles via Facebook or Twitter with friends and receive 50 points for each article shared. Unlimited points can be earned. Articles will be rotated and new ones will be posted periodically.

ix) View online videos and receive 50 points for one visit or viewing per video. Share videos via Facebook or Twitter with friends and receive 50 points for each video shared. One share per video for points. Number of points earned will be determined by number of videos posted which will vary during the promotional period. Videos will be rotated and new ones will be posted periodically.

x) Use clues hidden in the RED CD lyric booklet to unlock exclusive video content to reveal a message and receive 25 points for the correct message. There will be 16 messages; one on each of 16 tracks. Maximum 400 points. Lyric booklet is available at https://s3.amazonaws.com/red-micr...klet_b.pdf

xi) Find the clues hidden on www.taylorswiftRED.com that will form a message. Receive 100 points.

Contest Winners:

Contest winners will be determined on the basis of the total points they accumulate during the Contest Period. Prizes will be awarded as follows:

i) Top five point earners will receive a Red Vinyl album with certificate authenticating that it was one of the first 10 Vinyl albums produced, a personalized Taylor Swift plaque and a Package (ARV $500);

ii) Top 6-10 Point Earners will receive a Package and a $25 merchandise certificate (ARV $194).

iii) Top 11-20 Point Earners will receive an autographed RED CD and a $25 merchandise certificate (ARV $50).

In the event of a tie, the person with the most points in category 3 will be declared the winner. If a tie still remains, the person with the most points in category 4 will determine the winner. If a tie continues to remain, the person who was first to submit the correct message in category 10 will be declared the winner.

Note: Persons who have the 20 highest scores among international participants will be acknowledged on the Promotion site at the conclusion of the Promotion.
