Eligibility
The Hampton Road Trip Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of ESPN Internet Ventures ("Sponsor"), Hampton Hotels ("Presenter"), Project Support Team, Inc. ("P/S/T" and/or "Administrator") and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this Sweepstakes (hereafter, collectively, "Released Parties") and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. To enter the Sweepstakes, entrant must be a member of ESPN.com or one of its family of sites (e.g., ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, Disney Online, Family.com). Registration is free. If entrant is not a member, entrant may register by clicking on the link as indicated on the Sweepstakes entry page and following the instructions. Entrant will be asked to provide his or her e-mail address, name, birth date, gender, country of residence and to select a username and password. To Participate
Consumers will be eligible to participate between 12:00PM (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/29/12 and 11:59PM ET on 11/25/12 (the "Promotion Period") when they visit www.espn.com, search for keyword "Hampton", complete the member sign-in, and fully complete and submit the online entry form in accordance with the instructions provided to receive one (1) entry. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person or valid e-mail address per day for the duration of the Promotion Period. Additional entries received beyond the specified limit will be void. A "day" is understood to mean each calendar day during the Promotion Period between 12:00AM ET (except the first day begins at 12:00PM (noon) ET) and 11:59PM ET. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional information requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and inaccurate entries are void. The name of the "authorized account holder" associated with any given email address will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, an online service provider, or another organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. Proof (to Sponsor's satisfaction) of being the authorized account holder may be required by Sponsor.
Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, inaccurate, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, stolen, garbled or undelivered entries, or transmissions, failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission, processing, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), wireless, server or other connections including those through and/or by www.espn.com; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; lost, non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries and/or the announcement of the prizes. Winner Selection

Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
