The lounge really has gone downhill.

What is with the new people constantly going into threads and cutting people down? Why are we putting down other's screennames? why are we so goshdarn rude? This site has gotten out of control and mods really need to take control of the rudeness of it. This site used to be such a nice place to hang out. Now you have to stand up for yourself in every thread you make because the asshats come along and either hijack the thread or will start being, well, asshats. And people wonder why we start going to other forums?

I don't post here that often anymore because I don't feel like I fit in since I got sick. I'm not able to be online much so I feel like I miss out on all the fun jokes, therefore, I'm always lost. Also, my weeks are filled with doctors appointments, procedures, and blood tests, not to mention the pain. I don't want to post about it for fear that people will think I'm whining and complaining all the time. Lastly, the Coumadin has turned my body to shit and I'm in constant pain. Typing much or sitting for long periods only adds to the pain.

So, it isn't the lounge I dislike anymore, it's my medical condition I hate right now that has turned me into this miserable, cranky, mean bitch that misses smoking SOOOOOO much lol Smilie I would be MUCH happier if someone just passed me a smoke Smilie

If I was having as many problems as you're going through right now...I'd post about them all in the Lounge (or wherever I was posting most at the time). Fark people if they think I'm whining..if it made me feel better..that's all that matters. So don't worry about what people say..if posting about what you're going through helps you feel better or more surrounded by friends..then do it Smilie hug

Believe me, you all don't want to hear about the farked up appointments I've been having and the intense pain I'm in. I'm walking around now like a crippled up 90 year old arthrisis patient and I'm only 35 but according to the doctors, it isn't the Coumadin making me feel like shit (explain to me how it can't make me feel like shit when it was made as rat poison before being used on humans as a blood thinner???)

The pulmonologist wasted 3.5 hours of my life on Monday that I won't get back and now I have to have all sorts of tests. I'm a huge chicken because one of the tests is looking for a hole in my heart and the ultrasound is down by inserting a tube down my throat to scan the back of my heart.

I want my life back pre-April 21st Frown Frown Frown *big fat sob inserted here*
