open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older
begins on or about 5:00 p.m. Central Time on November 1, 2012 and ends at 5:00 p.m. Central Time on December 27, 2012,
Limit of One (1) per person during each Entry Period will be accepted.
Prize(s) and Values. The prize(s) to be awarded in this Sweepstakes are: round trip coach class airfare to Denver, CO (approximate retail value $1400), mid-size rental car for four (4) days including LDW insurance (approximate retail value $350), three (3) nights at the Marriott Vail or similar hotel (approximate retail value $1800), daily breakfast (approximate retail value $180), ski rentals and lift ticket for two (2) adults or choice of other activity at equal or lesser value (approximate retail value $600), one pair of Baily Bow UGG Boots for (approximate retail value $275).
The total ARV of all of the prize(s) awarded in this Sweepstakes is four thousand six hundred and five dollars ($4,605) (USD).
