open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
begins on November 4, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 26, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET
Limit: Regardless of method of entry, each entrant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period
Prizes:
Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A holiday shopping spree with Emmitt Smith in Dallas, Texas. Trip package includes round trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Dallas, TX; one (1) night accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $650 spending money; a $5,000 Academy Sports + Outdoors gift card (terms and conditions of gift card apply); and a two hour appearance by Emmitt Smith to shop and have breakfast with the winner and a guest. The shopping experience will be at the Academy Sports + Outdoors store at 5836 N. Tarrant Parkway, Fort Worth, TX 76137 (the "Store"), on Sunday, December 16, 2012 at 7:00 AM prior to the store opening, unless otherwise notified. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to appear at the Store promptly at 7:00 AM on Sunday, December 16, 2012 or risk forfeiting the Emmitt Smith appearance opportunity. If winner travels to Dallas but fails to appear at the Store at 7:00 a.m., on December 16, 2012, winner forfeits the $5,000 academy gift card and Emmitt Smith Appearance.
Winner must travel on December 15, 2012 and return on December 16, 2012
Instant Win Game Prizes: TWENTY-THREE (23) FIRST PRIZES: Winner's choice of one Huffy bicycle from four (4) preselected models. The winner can choose a men's, women's, or child's (boy or girl) bicycle. ARV: $90.
Limit: One (1) Instant Win Game prize per person.
TOTAL ARV OF ALL PRIZES: $9,570.
