open to legal residents of 49 United States (excluding Nevada), the District of Columbia, or the Canadian Province of Alberta or Ontario ("Territory"), who are at least 18 years of age as of date of entry.
beginning at 12:00 P.M. (noon) Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/1/12 and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on 1/31/13
After completing registration, Entrants will have the opportunity to select two (2) of four (4) "choose your own adventure" board games to play, in addition to "Safari Adventures," which is preselected and must be played first. The object of the board games is to accumulate virtual vacation points ("Virtual Points"). To accumulate Virtual Points, Entrants must follow the online instructions to race against Disney Villains to finish each board game. An Entrant may accumulate up to 500 Virtual Points by playing the board games during the Sweepstakes. Entrants who accumulate less than 160 Virtual Points through game play will automatically be entered to win 160 Virtual Points.
Each Entrant is limited to a maximum of one (1) Entry per day and a maximum of ten (10) Entries into the Sweepstakes (regardless of whether an Entrant has more than one email address or more than one email account, and regardless of whether more than one person use the same email address or email account.
PRIZE ("Prize") & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"): One (1) Disney Vacation Club Getaways Sample Membership ("Membership") will be awarded as the grand prize ("Grand Prize"). The Membership is a non-transferable vacation contract ("Contract") with Disney Vacation Club. The Contract entitles the recipient to the use of the number of Vacation Points equivalent to the number of Points accumulated, or otherwise eligible for, from a minimum of 160 to a maximum of 500 through participation in the Sweepstakes, per year ("Vacation Point Allotment") for three (3) years. The Contract and the right to the use of the Vacation Point Allotment terminate two (2) years and 364 days after the date of Contract execution ("Contract Term"). The number of Vacation Points required for any specific accommodations are subject to change. The Winner will receive three Vacation Point Allotments; the first within 4 to 6 weeks of the date of Contract execution
The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize components ranges from USD$16,000/CAD $15,619.20 to USD$49,300/CAD$48,126.66, depending on number of Virtual Points accumulated, or otherwise eligible for, which includes (i) the estimated retail value of the accommodations that can be reserved and used by the Winner of USD$7,200/CAD$7,028.64 to USD$22,500/CAD$21,964.50; (ii) the estimated Annual Dues, (iii) the value of one (1) exchange fee of USD$95.00/CAD$92.74, and (iv) a cash prize equal to USD$5,900/CAD$5,759.58 to USD$18,000/CAD$17,571.60
All airfare, transportation, gratuities, meals, and any other expenses incidental to the use of the Vacation Point Allotments are not included and remain the sole responsibility of the Winner
