open to all residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are (i) 21 years of age or older at time of entry.
PRIZE. The grand prize sweepstakes winner (the "Sweepstakes Winner" or "Winner") will be awarded: one VIP 3-night travel package for themselves and one guest (winner and guest must be 21 years of age or older at time of festival) to the Lights All Night New Years Eve festival in Dallas, Texas beginning Saturday, December 29th, 2012, and ending Tuesday, January 1st, 2013. Travel Package includes the following: three (3) Nights at the Hotel Indigo Dallas Downtown (check in: 12/29/12; check out: 01/01/13), two (2) 3-day VIP tickets to Lights All Night Festival, two (2) Lights All Night water bottles, New Years Day brunch at the hotel, on site event host, and transportation between hotel and the event. VIP tickets include: express entrance, exclusive viewing area at Main Stage and Second Stage, exclusive VIP lounge inside the Lights All Night Dance Club, private VIP-only bathrooms, VIP-only bar with five (5) drink tickets per night, commemorative VIP laminate, on site event host. Note: Flights are not included.
Approximate value of Prize: $1,989.00.
