So my wife is dating this guy...

..I think it's time to dump her. Should we get divorced?

She went out last Saturday night with some guy, stayed out until 1 am. Then on Tuesday, she's out again until 1 am, says they went to eat and then a movie!!?! Last night, 1:30. It's getting later, I guess it's time to dump her! Sadwalk

What would you do?

Dude that sucks. Lot depends on if this is first sign of trouble.

Look at the bright side, if you take her back, you should be able to get OTs all of the time because she knows she screwed up.

It's been a little rocky. Married 3 years. Second marriage for both of us, we had promised not to cheat to each other. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

if she admits to hanging out with some guy.. i would consider it if you have the money... more proof/evidence the better when it comes to our legal system. especially since the court 99% of the time leans in a females favor.

Take her name off of any beneficiary papers (other than some like life insurance that you cannot until the divorce is final).
