So my wife is dating this guy...

..I think it's time to dump her. Should we get divorced?

She went out last Saturday night with some guy, stayed out until 1 am. Then on Tuesday, she's out again until 1 am, says they went to eat and then a movie!!?! Last night, 1:30. It's getting later, I guess it's time to dump her! Sadwalk

If you live in a state that only requires one party to be aware of a taped conversation then I would get her talking about it and tape her. If she admits to being unfaithful then you have the best evidence for court.

It might be better to wait a week or so before she is served so that you have time to do a few things financially.

Even if he talks to her, he needs to think about the long term. He has to cover his rear financially. I did say get the facts, but at the same time, he needs to be planning some things that are easier done before it really gets ugly.

Well, it's hard to put everything here..

but, I gave her an ultimatum yesterday, him or me. And that's when she called him and then left. So I guess she's made her choice.

Hmm, so wait for her to file. If she left your house (do you own?), then you might be able to claim abandonment.

This would be a MAJOR help to you. Easier to get what you want.
