So my wife is dating this guy...

..I think it's time to dump her. Should we get divorced?

She went out last Saturday night with some guy, stayed out until 1 am. Then on Tuesday, she's out again until 1 am, says they went to eat and then a movie!!?! Last night, 1:30. It's getting later, I guess it's time to dump her! Sadwalk

What would you do?

be smart about this, i'm assuming if ur married u signed a prenup (depends where u live) talk to a divorce lawyer first before you confront her find out how by law you can get out of the prenup without having to give her Sh*t b/c u know if u divorce her shes gonna take 1/2 or more the courts always side with the women (friggin courts) also get urself into a position where u have all teh legal power, get pictures of her with the guy (for court) switch bank accounts to your name, licenses, house deed etc. Work it in such a way (knowing that ur gonna get divorced , again speak to a lawyer for all teh details) and plan it out so u get everything and she'll be left with Sh*t, I had a girl cheat on me and i wish i could have caused her 1/2 the pain she caused me. Just dont beat urself up about it if shes a bitch shes a bitch women suck but u cant live with cant live without sux i know but again do whatever uc an to get the courts on ur side. call divorce lawyers etc... they might even have a way (based on ur situtation) so that maybe she'll have to pay you damadges etc. dont confront her b4 u speak to the lawyer
Thanks! I've called an attorney and waiting to get a call back. There's no prenup. That was my first mistake, getting married was the second.

Doh there might be good advice in there but it will be very had to find it since the whole thing is one run-on sentence with piss poor spelling and grammar.

Buying 2 cows when you get the milk for free was the first mistake.

I have a sis-in-law who is married w/ 3 kids. She also has a boyfriend. Her hubby knows all about him. He stays home w/ the kids while his wife and boyfriend go out. Very strange situation. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.

Stealth, I'm really sorry to hear about this.

I agree with everyone else, start making sure your assets are protected and make plans to move on. hug

Just be sure this is what you really want. Some things can be resolved. There is of course marriage counseling and so on. If you are 100% positive nothing else can be done then go through with this. If you have any doubts though think carefully. Once this is done things will never be the same.

See, I don't wanna be that stay-at-home husband. That's why I'm ending it.

Stealth, hug I'm sorry you're going through all this mess. Now, I don't go on dates with guys...but I do go out with my male friends. Maybe he's just a friend?

I'm not trying to be naive here - just pointing out that maybe everything you think is going on really isn't going on. But it's hard to say; obviously you know her better than any of us.

Yes, but 1am? Whether something is going on or not is not the point. She shouldn't be married if that's what she wants to do.

DD, I value your opinion, and don't know your whole situation. But unless you're a swinger, I'd bet it hurts your husband at least a little when you go out. hug

Wow Stealth that sucks Mad

~I say change the locks before she gets home and throw her shyt out the window Ranting
~Get an EPO on her...
~Punch yourself in the face and call 911...blame her
~Call her work and tell them what a ho she is

I mean isn't that what you'er suppose to do Dontknow

I'm just teasing with ya. Stick Out Tongue

The situation really does suck. I would be out of there so fast...there would be no "sit down and talk about it" session. She sounds like the type of person that doesn't deserve another moment of your time or energy.

hug
