So my wife is dating this guy...

..I think it's time to dump her. Should we get divorced?

She went out last Saturday night with some guy, stayed out until 1 am. Then on Tuesday, she's out again until 1 am, says they went to eat and then a movie!!?! Last night, 1:30. It's getting later, I guess it's time to dump her! Sadwalk

What would you do?

I talked to an attorney yesterday, and Kansas is a no fault state, meaning either party can file without requiring a reason. Having proof of infidelity won't help that. But, it may come into play when dividing assets or computing alimony. Since we don't have kids or much property, it should be a simple divorce. Oh, and alimony is typically paid for marriages of 5 years or longer, and we've been married only 3 years.

This really sux...I would just get of the relationship ASAP...I suggest just shacking up in the next relationship, no marriage, it's just easier to split when you need to...

Also, you're a bigger man than me, I think I would have broke her jaw by now...

I would say your a big pu.ss.y and she is walking all over you because I would not let my gf or wife for that matter go out with anybody until 1am. MAYBE, and I stress that if it was only all girls. She is probably out with a real man, seeing as you are probably a push over.
