Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on December 1, 2012, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 24, 2012.
Open to all legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia ("D.C."), eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes: One (1) Grand Prize: $2,500 Visa® Gift Card and a Hickory Farms Savor the Season Gift Basket. Retail Value ("RV"): $2,555.00.
Instant Prize Winners: One Hundred Forty Four (144) Prizes (6 winners per day for 24 days): Hickory Farms gift basket. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $29.00 each.
Total ARV of all prizes is: $6,731.00. An entrant may not win more than one instant prize during the promotional period.
