PRIZES: A prize will be given out when the same item lines up horizontally in each square after a spin. A message will pop up and indicate that the Entrant has won that item featured. The prize value is $24.74. The Entrant will need to provide the required information to have the prize mailed to them. Prizes will be received within five to eight weeks after receipt. If the Entrant spins and the same item does not line up, a message will pop up indicating that the Entrant has not won the item. Fourteen prizes will be given out daily. 196 items will be given out during the duration of the Promotion. The Entrant gets one spin a day after logging in with their email address. That spins qualifies as an entry in the grand prize drawing. 1. GENERAL INFORMATION: The Bling in the New Year Sweepstakes (the "Promotion") will begin on December 10, 2012 at 11:00am CST and end on December 23, 2012 at 11:59pm ("Promotion Period"). During the Promotion Period, there will be awarded fourteen daily prizes as described below. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents who are physically residing in the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of participation. Void in Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the United States territories and possessions, elsewhere and where prohibited or restricted by law. Officers, directors, and employees of Charming Charlie, Inc. are not eligible to enter or win the Promotion. Participation constitutes the entrants ("Entrant") full and unconditional agreement to these General Rules, Terms and Conditions ("Rules").
3. METHODS OF ENTRY: An eligible person may enter the Promotion by becoming a fan of Charming Charlie on Facebook ("Entrant"):
