Any LUSH women here?

10,796 659 July 25, 2007 at 09:56 AM in Help
Has anyone found a place where they can buy LUSH products at a discount, or with less expensive/free shipping? Even through Amazon, the shipping is very high.

I haven't found an outlet in the DC Metro area. Anyone?

try the ocean salt scrub! love that one!
I can never justify buying a bath salt! I make my own, and I haven't run across anything that makes me think that I should spend the cash. :/

Well, I do lie...there was the Gingerbread Man Hot Scrub by Philosophy, but that warmed up. mmmmm

I feel the same way about the bath salts. Same with the bath bombs. When you can make them yourself it's hard to spend money on something that you can make for so much cheaper (and exactly how you want it). Although the warming gingerbread one sounds really nice.

How is it different than the other salt scrubs? I only ask because my birthday is coming up and if it's something truly different than what I could make I'll put it on my wish list, lol.

I've tried it...it's nice. A lot of times you can get that one for free with certain codes or if you order more than a certain amount. Personally, if I had to pick a bath bomb of theirs..I like the Waving not Drowning one.

I have also tried the butterball too. I agree it's nice nothing mind blowing though. It has little chuncks of butter in it, either shea or cocoa i guess.
It did give me the idea to try making my own butterballs. Made some just last night with the karma (lush type) fragrance oil and cocoa butter flakes

To me, most scrubs are mostly oil and either sugar or sand for the scrubbing. When you open the container, you got the sugar or sand on the bottom and the oils on top. The ocean salt isnt like that. It has a a light and fluffy consistency. Almost like a cream. with sea salt in it.
Plus it smells good too! hth look around

Unlike any other, you say? Well...perhaps I could be persuaded. Hmmm...

The warming Gingerbread Man one is very nice. Quite oily, so you know...it's not a dry salt scrub.
