Has anyone found a place where they can buy LUSH products at a discount, or with less expensive/free shipping? Even through Amazon, the shipping is very high.

I haven't found an outlet in the DC Metro area. Anyone?

Oh yeah. I went to Dallas last weekend and visited LUSH (of course). SlicKitty, like you, I got them to give me a sample of the Curly Wurly. I loved it. But after what Autumn said I am wondering. Dontknow The reason is I got the Coolaulin Conditioner and the Goth Juice hair gel too and used them all during the same shower. So when I was done my hubby was amazed at my poofy, nonfrizzy curls. laugh out loud But now I am not sure if it was the Curly Wurly, the Coolaulin or the Goth Juice or the combination of all three that made it Rock.

I don't know what it is about that store but they always forget to put something in my bag. Last time I noticed before we left the mall and we had to go back. This time they forgot my deodorant but I didn't notice till I got home. Annoyed So they are supposed to be mailing it to me.

Also I got a huge full size shower gel for spending over a certain amount in store and I had to buy a prepackaged item too. Oh, I got this pomade with the purchase of a full size bottle of conditioner. The pomade is cool. It looks like this green hard soap. But you pull a little piece off and smash it around in your hand and it turns into a different consistency that you could put through your hair. Not for me but terrific for hubby. laugh out loud It smells manly too. drool

Dangerous territory. Everyone has such different LUSH lusts. Also, the shipping costs are out of control.
Some people love some stuff, while others hate the same thing. I don't know...what does everyone else think?

Maybe for Valentine's Day, or around the New Year? Or next time they have a free shipping event?

Whee We went to Dallas on Saturday. LUSH Rocked as usual. We each got a Snow Fairy. I bought two of the solid shampoos and got a tin for free. Bought some new dusting powder (Candy Fluff) that maybe my hubby will like better than Silky Underwear. laugh out loud

Didn't read through the 11 pages of posts, but there is a LUSH store in Troy, MI. (read something about the OP checking around Metro DC) Roomie's ex-gf swore by that stuff, and left it in the shower.

That's the only store I know.
