Bronies? Really??? WTH?

Soooo, my son started college this week and lives in an apartment complex that, like dorms, assigns roommates.

Turns out one of his roommates is a "Brony". Just in case you didn't know, a Brony is an adult male with a love for My Little Ponies ... the cartoon, the toys, pictures, songs ... you name it.

Until today I had no idea these individuals existed. I'm all about some "live and let live" but adult males getting all jazzed up about MLP sets off my "creepy" meter, big time. Is this a new thing or am I just out of touch?



And roommate #2 is no prize pony either. He's already admitted to being OCD, a neat freak and cheap. (His words, not mine.) To save on the electric bill he wants the A/C set to 85 at all times. We're in the farkin' south, for Christ's sake! Head Bang

We've had a few discussions about this in other threads. There is quite the "brony" movement in the world. I'm with you on the creepy meter, though.

I read some of your comments in that thread and while I'll say pedophiliac might not be the right way to put it... I have seen it turned quite pornographic. It can be very disturbing.
