Sweepstakes Promotion (the "Promotion") shall commence at 10:00 AM PST on December 10, 2012 and shall continue until 10:00 AM PST, December 21, 2012
YOU MUST BE A LEGAL RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES (INCLUDING ALL 50 STATES
Limit of one (1) entry per Promotion Period per account
PRIZES & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV): There will be a total of twelve
(12) winners selected for this Promotion. The Promotion prize consists of each winner
receiving a Paul Frank prize package with each prize package to contain only one of the

Barbie and Ken doll (ARV between $20.00-60.00) (each of the prizes referenced herein
shall be individually referred to as the "Prize" and collectively as the "Prizes"). Sponsor,
in its sole discretion, shall determine which Prize from the above list will be awarded to
each winner. Winners will not be permitted to select their Prize. The total retail value of
all Prizes awarded for this Promotion is between $240.00-$720.00
