TiVo and Tebow's Home Theater House Party Sweepstakes & IWG ~ 1/8/13

Promotion consists of an online Instant Win Game and Grand Prize random draw Sweepstakes.

Promotion begins on December 15, 2012 at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT"). The Instant Win game ends on January 8, 2013 at 8:59:59 p.m. PT; the Sweepstakes ends January 8, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 states of the United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their respective jurisdiction at the time of entry.

To play the Instant Win Game, visit http://sweeps.tivo.com/?WT.ac=myt...oolasweeps and complete the online entry form by providing your first and last name, email address, and phone number. Upon submitting a valid entry form, you will receive a game play. Two (2) First Prizes and four (4) Second Prizes will be randomly time seeded each day throughout the Promotion Period. If you are the first person to submit a game play on or after one of the randomly selected times for an Instant Win Prize, you are the winner of that prize, subject to verification.

Upon completing your game play you will be redirected to a page with a link to a short video. To enter the Sweepstakes, watch the short video and follow the directions on the page, including a prompt to enter the keyword from the video, along with your ZIP code and the name of your current TV provider (optional). If you do not complete the Sweepstakes entry form using the keyword from the video, you will not receive an entry into the Sweepstakes.

You will also receive an email shortly after your game play confirming whether or not you are winner of an Instant Win Prize with information on how to claim your prize if you are a winner. If you did not complete a valid entry into the Sweepstakes, the email will contain a link back to the page with the video so that you can enter the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) game play/Sweepstakes entry per natural person/email address/phone number.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): two TiVo Premiere XL4 DVRs with Product Lifetime service subscription to the TiVo service*, two 60" HD TVs, one HDMI 5.1 wireless 5-speaker Surround Sound System, one TiVo Stream, an autographed Tim Tebow jersey and a football autographed by Tim Tebow. The Grand Prize also includes a game day party for up to 50 people at the Grand Prize winner's house, including catering and decorations. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of Prize: $25,000.00.

Instant Win First Prize (50): a TiVo Premiere 4 DVR with one-year service subscription to the TiVo service**; ARV: $430.

Instant Win Second Prize (100): six month Netflix membership; ARV: $50.

Total ARV of all prizes: $51,500.

After the one year TiVo service subscription expires, Sponsor will notify prize winner via email that prize winner's receipt of TiVo service will be ending and how prize winner may sign up for a new subscription to continue receipt of TiVo service, unless prize winner cancels before the initial one year service subscription expires.

If the Grand Prize winner is unable to host a party at his/her house for any reason, or does not want to host a party at his/her house, that portion of the prize will be forfeited.
