Ugh, I tweaked my back unloading the kid's new bunk bed and hauling it from the car to the house. I don't think it was the weight so much as the ungainliness (110ish lbs, but like a 6x5 foot box). Did some stretching, then found the heating pad and used it for an hour or so, took some naproxen.

my dearly departed karaoke friend was 47 years young, though most would swear he was in his 30's. he was the most heartfelt, caring, loving man i've ever had the pleasure of knowing. if you knew him, you were family. he was a fellow Wolfpacker, a teddy bear hugger, and a genuinely good human being.

he was found dead in his home Wednesday morning. there are very few details, but he was a big man, and some say he did struggle with sleep apnea. we're all just praying he went to sleep and didn't wake up. his services are on Sunday afternoon. Weeping

in other news, i'm curled up in the spare bedroom at my guy's parent's house. we've got the early visit at 9am tomorrow morning, which means leaving the house at 6am. they invited me to stay the night. Cloud9

how do dogs handle all that snow up north? seems like they'd refuse to go outside when they had to make a doody laugh out loud

Big dog doesn't mind so much, little dog quits farking around when I let him out and just does his business and comes back inside. It doesn't take but a few inches for it to be up to his belly laugh out loud
