And I thought his answer was crap. He said drones shouldn't be used against americans on US soil unless there is an immediate threat. My first reaction is asking whether or not there's another option (someone on the ground). My second thought is why he didn't say they won't be used . . . . only that they shouldn't. The current policy (which hasn't changed) is that they can be used if an imminent threat is suspected, and NDAA says they don't actually need any evidence. They can just say there's an imminent threat. Words from the Obama admin really mean nothing anyway as far as promises. The only one he's kept is to fundamentally change our nation.

I have to poke around some more, but yeah, I think the condensor and compressor and such are all there.
