One of these doofuses asked me this morning, "Is it the same thing as last week?" to which I replied, "No, it's an entirely different situation." and no more. Yup, the doofus then asks, "Well, what was it, then?". I tell you what, Mr. Doofus, why don't you just manage the whole farking situation the next time it comes up?

and the instant renewals started processing on my credit card yesterday and today
lucky i saw the first two and called, because there were 10 more cued up to process at ridiculous fees
So I called the company, cancelled, blah blah
then I called the credit card people to give them a heads up for my file
they asked for a cancel #, I didn't get one (
we together called the magazine people and nothing was cancelled/refunded
so we did it all again and then the credit card lady blocked them from charging me anything ever again

Want to know what's the worst thing? Suppose there was a problem 2 years ago, they didn't understand what happened then.. you try to explain it, they misunderstand.. then every time forever, they keep asking "Did you check X?" Hello, you have no idea what you're even talking about, and you attempting to remind me what happened 2 years ago is annoying, not helpful.. Just shut up and leave us alone so we can figure it out.
