I generally decline anything later than 5:00 or 5:30, but this was a release post-mortem, and the meeting organizer is a really good guy. I went in late this morning to make up the difference, since I was expecting it.

Finally, FINALLY seeing good progress @ boxing. Had a guy who's been there a while tell me my kicks are good and I've improved a lot. Another dude was pretend-mad b/c he's been training longer than me but thinks I'm better than he is. laugh out loud He just lacks confidence. Which is exactly the reason I'm training to begin with!

Things are feeling more natural, the combos and blocks are coming more smoothly, I'm seeing the fight (when we spar) instead of reacting to individual attacks. I actually felt really good tonight. And my back has been awesome for like a week now - hitting hot yoga twice/week is paying off bigtime! woot

Now if I could finish prepping my lawn I could go back to the gym and lift... Annoyed What was I thinking when I told the realtor I wanted a big yard? Half an acre is a LOT to rake! Mad
