Or, if you wish to receive a unique code for free, you can request one while supplies last, by sending your name, address, email address and birth date on a postcard (only) to: Matrix Mania Code Request, 244 Madison Ave #2013, New York, NY 10016. . A unique free code will be sent via email to the email address written on the postcard.
Timing: begins on 1/1/13 at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on 12/31/13 at 11:59 P.M. ET
Limit: One entry per person/e-mail address per unique code.
Eligibility: open to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) age 18 or older (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska); Canada (except for residents of the province of Quebec) age 18 or older; and 3) Puerto Rico age 21 or older.
