Entries will be accepted beginning 12:00:01 AM CST, January 1, 2013 through 04:59:59 PM CST on March 29, 2013.
Open to legal United States residents who are 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2013 or the age of legal majority in their state of residence as of date of entry.
