The Work It Wisk® It Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes" or "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States or District of Columbia age 18 and older or of the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older.
Void in AK, HI, PR and where prohibited.
Sweepstakes begins on January 4, 2013 at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 15, 2013 at 11:59:59 AM ET.
[C]omplete and submit the entry form with all required information, including a photo of yourself getting sweaty. Photo must be of entrant only. Photo must be submitted as follows: File Size Limit - 4 MB; File Formats -.GIF, .PNG, or .JPG.
Limit of one (1) entry per email address per twenty-four (24) hour period. EACH ENTRY MUST HAVE A MATERIALLY DIFFERENT PHOTO IF SOMEONE IS ENTERING MORE THAN ONCE.
The random drawing will consist of all eligible entries received.
Potential Grand Prize winner ("Winner") will be notified via express courier ("Notification") and will be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where permitted, a Publicity Release within three (3) business days from the date specified in the notification letter.
One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA in either March 2013 or April 2013 for the opportunity to work out with Jackie Warner (actual date to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) ("Trip"). Trip includes: (i) round-trip coach air transportation for Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest from major airport near the Grand Prize winner's residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles area (if Grand Prize winner resides within approximately 250 miles of Los Angeles, with such determination being made by Sponsor in its sole discretion, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air travel and no cash difference will be awarded); (ii) two (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) in Los Angeles area (hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (iii) standard ground transportation to/from Los Angeles area airport and hotel and to/from hotel and location of workout; (iv) $500 spending money to be awarded in the form of a check and (v) an opportunity to have a private, supervised workout with Jackie Warner ("Workout") for Grand Prize winner and guest [subject to her availability and professional commitments; Grand Prize winner and guest must conduct themselves at all times in an appropriate manner; other restrictions apply to Workout] (approximately one (1) hour of personal instruction by Ms. Warner) (Total Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize is up to $4,500.) Actual value depends on various factors, including Grand Prize winner's residence and costs at time of travel; but the cash difference between the ARV and actual value will not be awarded.
